BIG HEARTS,
WHO HUG HARD
AND WANT TO REMEMBER IT FOREVER
It happens quietly.
One year blends into the next.
Then one day you notice the little things have changed.
The gap-toothed grin has gone.
The hand in yours feels a little bigger.
The way they look at you, even for a second, isn’t quite the same.
These photographs hold your story.
The moments you’ll want to remember.
The little details that vanish before you even notice.
They become part of your family’s history.
Proof of how small they once were.
A reminder of who they were at this exact stage.
The photos that stay in frames.
The ones that live on grandparents’ shelves.
The ones rediscovered years later in boxes in the loft.
For children, they quietly mark growing up.
For parents, they hold onto a fleeting moment that slips by too fast.
When I photograph families, I keep it simple.
Real families. Real moments.
Exactly as you are, right now.
it's so much more than just photos

There’s something about movement that still photos can’t capture.
Tiny toes, standing on a chair, hair catching the sunlight, laughter spilling over, hands reaching for yours.
Film holds the gestures, the giggles, the whispers, the chaos. Everything that makes your family now, so you can step back years later and watch it all again.

I’m based in a small village in Hampshire - very green, very muddy, very countryside. Most families choose to come to me, as I know the local spots really well and how they work across different seasons and light. It also makes sessions feel easy and relaxed, with no guesswork on the day.
I do travel, but the location needs to be right. If you’ve got somewhere special in mind, a beautiful garden, open space, or the beach. I’m always happy to consider it.
If you’re unsure, just ask.
02
We live in the UK - so like everyone else, I monitor the forecast closely!
Overcast or light, intermittent showers? We’ll still go ahead. If the weather looks iffy and you’re within 45 minutes of the location, I’ll check in 1–2 hours before your session.
If either of us is travelling from further away, we’ll check in earlier to make a plan.
Reschedules: If I decide the session can’t go ahead, we’ll rearrange a new date at no extra cost.
You can assume your session is on unless I contact you about the forecast.

Yes! I always include a mix of natural, documentary-style photos and some beautiful shots of everyone together looking at the camera.
That said, if you’re looking for a photographer who works from a long list of “must-have shots,” then I'm definitely not the photographer for you.

Most of the time, we are off the beaten track, exploring and finding little nooks and crannies to play in. Buggies and pushchairs quite simply get in the way and disrupt the flow. Little ones can be carried, cuddled,
You are welcome to bring snacks, water, or small bits, a small bag, something that's easy to put down while we move around.
Valuables like phones and keys? I can keep them safe in my camera bag, always on me or close by.

Sunset sessions are later than usual, especially in the summer, but that’s all part of the magic. Staying up a bit later, running around outside, it all adds to the feel of it.
Adjust naps and bedtimes where you can so everyone’s a bit more rested going in. Even a short nap earlier in the day can make a big difference. Treat it the same as you would for any other event where routine changes.
If possible, keep the day before fairly relaxed too. Overtired and overstimulated rarely mix well.
Bringing a change of clothes or even PJs for the kids can also make things smoother for the drive home.
06
Yes - as long as there’s some natural light coming through windows, we’re good to go.
I keep things simple. No lights, no backdrops, just you, your home, and the spaces you already love. That’s what makes it feel natural.
A quick tidy beforehand really helps, so we can move around and use different rooms and light. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just clear surfaces and a bit of space to work is more than enough.
07
YES, YES, YES, I am fully insured for both public liability and professional indemnity up to £5 million. You would have to be a bit of a numpty not to be.
I also have a DBS and am subscribed to the update service.
08
Unfortunately no. Due to the number of enquiries I receive, your date is only secure once you've paid the booking fee and completed the booking form and contract.
09
The number of images varies depending on your coverage, but you can expect at least 80 fully edited photos.
I don’t rush the editing, I take my time to make sure every image looks its best. Your full gallery will be ready to view and download within 4-6 weeks. If anything changes, I’ll drop you an email to keep you updated.

This is a good questions and an important one. I talk about it more in my T+C’s but overall I hold
the copyright and you get the reproduction rights to
your images so you can share, email, print, create, as often as you like and as much as you like. All I kindly asks is that you not edit the images when sharing on social media as this may in turn create a false impression of my photography style.
11
Yes! I think it is super important to talk beforehand. I always arrange a Zoom / FaceTime / Google-hang before booking.
12
Yay! This is exciting! Drop me a message, and I’ll check if your date is available. We can chat through all the details, because the more I know about you, the better.
When you’re ready to book, I’ll send over a booking form. A £150 non-refundable booking fee secures your date. The remaining £200 is due 7 days before your session. and then… that’s it! It’s official!
ABOUT the Photographer
I love working with people who want to do things differently.
If you care more about how it feels than what’s trending, you’re my people.
You laugh loudly, get the giggles and pull silly faces. You don’t take yourselves too seriously, you care about the little things, and you want to soak up every moment of your day with your favourite humans.
More About me
Emails are always a priority but may take 24-48 hours to answer if I am busy shooting and editing.
